What the Truck?! has been at Waikele Center since August 2019. We bring some of the best street foods to one place on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, and the occasional special event. We have free admission and lots of free parking. There are many casual spots to have a seat and enjoy your purchases. We promote a non-alcoholic and smoke-free environment that is family and pet friendly.
This event will have 60+ food truck and pop-up vendors serving up some of the best street foods on the West side, including some creative retail vendors. Some of our regular vendors are Str’Eats of Aloha, Reecie B’s Onolicious Local Foods, Uncle Lani’s Poi Mochi, Happy Belly Eatery, Kalama’s Kuisine, Waialua BBQ, Jeramiah’s Island Fusion, and many, many more. We cover many ethnic foods including Hawaiian, Filipino, Puerto Rican, Korean, Thai, Samoan, Chamorro, Mexican, and many, many more. Our vendors serve steak, BBQ’d meats, smoked meats, all kinds of poke, chicken prepared many different ways, all kinds of mochi, ice creams, acai bowls, laulau, palusami, and more!
